Many Carolina Dogs and Carolina Dog mixes are born and living on the streets when picked up by animal control and placed in shelters. Others are abandoned or dumped by their guardians; many that don’t realize they have a Carolina Dog or understand the specific needs of this breed.
Some of our Carolina Dog rescues need more medical or emotional rehabilitation than others and your donations help us provide them with everything they need to thrive. This includes rescue fees, food and essential items for foster families, spay/neuter procedures, vaccinations, monthly heartworm and flea preventative, treatment for HW+ dogs, and any and all additional medical procedures and care that may be required while under our care.
