Ernie was surrendered back to our rescue after being adopted in July of 2022. He was a puppy that was thrown off of a bridge with his brother in Mississippi and was saved by a good samaritan.
His adopters tried their hardest to make things work but Ernie is afraid of men. We are unsure if this is due to the abuse he suffered as a puppy. We think he would do best in a home with only women.
Ernie loves other dogs, walks great on a leash, is house trained, up to date on all vaccinations, and neutered.
*There is no adoption fee for Ernie as we don't have fees for dogs that need to be surrendered back to the rescue for unforeseen circumstances.
